Solved

Hello, I have no Password. I log in with my Google Account. But with the Windows Desktop Version the login does not work. The synchronisation of my data in the cloud does not work either.

I have a gold subscriptoin.

Are you using Kaspersky Internet Security @Ralf Eckhard?! Then have a look here: https://help.locusmap.eu/topic/23976-web-planner-login-not-working

If you use Kaspersky Internet Security - did you try to deactivate the settings as @Martin Fd says?

Otherwise, I will ask you for the account you use to log in.

Hello Andrea and Martin,

yes, it is the same problem.

I`am using Kaspersky Total Security.

Temporarily deactivated my Kaspersky, Locus login is running.
