Fast way to get track point information during track recording

Hi,
Sometimes when a track is recorded, i have 2 questions - "What is the track distance between my current position and certain track point?" and "What time i was at a certain point of current track?"
Could you please suggest, what is the fastest way to get this information?

unfortunately, these parameters can't be obtained from an actively recorded track. However, you can get some similar values from a navigated route.

Yes, thank you Anrew - i saw answer "there is no need for some workarounds. In panel where you control ´track recording, exists mentioned "tools" button and there is first "Information" ("more about track") button. This opens required track screen with all details.".
This function is very close to what i need and provides a lot of different information but doesn't answer my questions.

It's true. But from other hand, the suggestion Kiilometer marks on track/route has 80 votes over 6 years :)
Distance/Time markers on recording track also could be helpful to answer questions from the current topic.
