Good day,

a typical navigation camera as they are used for navigation devives would be really good because of the better overview.

I mean an camera perspective that looks like these:

Thanks in advance!

Hi

This kind of view would be great!. I use Locus Pro for my ATV activities & I really miss this kind of view after switching from Garmin to Android/Locus

Hello guys,

this idea: http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/3d_maps_by_using_srtm_files , is necessary for such task. Currently not in road plan for next year.

Hi

Thanks.

Maybe you can add It as a paid extra feature?

I like this idea and it would be really great. But it is luxus, nice to have. And everybody would need new 3D maps.

Much more important is to have a flywheel for the incoming GPS data stream which is needed in a fast moving car under bad receiving conditions.

Hello,

As the file in attachment for the idea is not available anymore, I am not sure, whether this is the same topic...

... but a simple "map perspective view" would be helpful

( as in https://help.locusmap.eu/topic/29891-map-perspective-effect, see picture https://help.locusmap.eu/attachments/31086?token=08495aeb73ed6c73b85cb30898c8b076.jpg )

I highly appreciate, Locus is one of a few apps, with different routing options for different route segments.

But when moving faster (bicycle e.g.) that "perspective map view mode" is very convenient.

My workaround is to export the route as a track from Locus and then navigate along that track in Osmand+ (in perspective map view mode), but that is not an elegant way...

Thx for considering of a "perspective map view mode" in advance.
