I'm sorry but I have to change your feature request into question type and close it. Adding these routes into vector maps would be quite complicated for us and the question is also the term of use for these data. However would you please check Locus > Menu > Maps > Online > Skoterleder > Classic ? This map is possible to download for offline and maybe would be usable for you.
You can also use the workaround that balloni55 mentioned. Some useful links:

Hello Bjorn
if you are patient you can build these pdf maps with e.g. "gimp" and "mapc2mapc" as an overlay for locus.
http://www.the-thorns.org.uk/mapping/help/over.html
For first test unpack the zip and copy "skoterlederTransparent1.sqlitedb" to Locus/maps, display e.g. your vectormap as basismap and use the
"skoterlederTransparent1.sqlitedb" as overlay, Blend mode "Disable", "Opacity 50%"
This example work from ZL 9-11
Have fun
Wolfgang
