datas lost in Pro and in 4

all data disappeared, first I changed the file system on Pro, then all data disappeared (actually no longer exists). Then I installed 4 and copied back a backup, but that recognizes only the vector maps but not the tracks and waypoints, etc..
These errors are really .... I lack adequate words to be honest.

Did you change the Pro filesystem to the private /Android/data path? If you have NOT uninstalled Pro, this data should still exist. But normal file managers do not get there.
Connection to PC should reveal this data. On Xplore and TC on the Android.

Hi, yes I did but the data is definiteley gone, even when I connect to PC will not change the situation. Mix, Solid, Rootexplorer and much more can show hidden data too but empty is empty.

just for sure, can't the data be in the root of memory? For example "Internal memory/Locus"? Or somewhere else?

You wrote about a backup you have - only settings, or a REAL backup of the essential Locus data.
If you have the latter, you can restore it.
LoMaps, OAM and alike are easily restored via download anyway.
PS: I have been in the post-Android 11 turmoil since day one and did a lot of testing, moving etc. Never saw any data loss of POIs or tracks. Your situation seems really special.

@Michael-> fortunaly i have a mirror of locus on my sftp, the unfortune thing is new settings overwrote this copy so that i must combine the google drive backup and the sftp backup, so pro works now but the tracks between now an the last backup are gone.
LocusMap4 seems to has a bug importing Backups from Locus Map pro, it does not work properly (like dicribed in the entry posting).
But it seems not to be a "special" problem at all when you check the votes or your knowledge base or other topics...

Internal memory/Locus - this is how Android usually display the default folder which is in fact something like "/storage/emulated/0/Locus" or "sdcard/Locus" (that doesn't mean external SD Card! :-))
During import sometimes the Locus folder is duplicated (one copy is in "Android/Data" and one in "internal storage"... usually one of these folders contains your data, but Locus search for them in the other and can't find them. We still can't find the reason why. It appears randomly across the phones and Androids.
To this day all issues were only some filesystem error, but no data were really lost.
