Navigation - same track for 'To' and 'Return' way, choosing direction

Hi,
I've recently used navigation on trip that used the same way for both directions - to and return. Somewhere in the middle of first part I went off my route (intentionally, about 1km) and when I returned to my planned track, navigation directed me to my start/end point. Seems to be pretty logical, it tried to help to get to the end :). But still I wanted to go further. Is there any way to change direction of navigation in such case? Maybe I missed some features or settings? Any tips?

sorry for the late reply.
You probably get back on the route closer to the end than to another point. Locus then navigates you to the nearest point, which was in this case the endpoint.
Try to set Route re-calculation to "route priority" - https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:functions:navigation:settings#route_re-calculation
