Geocache online log is not sent

Solved

As a user I am not able to log a geocache online.


When I try to send the online log, nothing happens. My geocaching account confirms no log has been sent. Before the last update it worked without problems.

If I get it right, same problem as reported here. I translated the linked topic via google translate.

Should be fixed in the next version.

Btw: It's a little bit confusion on the bottom in the "Log your visit online" form, that there a 2 bottons "SAVE" and "CONFIRM". I think "confirm" is sending the log to geocaching.com and "SAVE" is just saving the log offline within Locus.

But in this case: what's the difference to "Log visit offline"? And even more confusing, within this form, there's just "CONFIRM" - but in this form that doesn't meant to send the log to geocaching.com. So shouldn't it better be named "SAVE"?
And please extend the different behaviours of the buttons in the manual https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:geocaching:gc_in_locus, right now it's quite limited, thank you ;-)

thank you for the feedback. We are currently discussing the names and functions of the buttons.

So maybe in the next version...

Manual then will be updated accordingly.
