GPS freezes and the track is recorded inaccurately.

Switched to Locus4 from Locus Classic. I find that the GPS stops from time to time, so that the route track is not exactly recorded.

Had no such problems in Locus Classic where the track was always recorded correctly.

Which setting should I start checking?

Hello,

this problem is probably caused by your device system battery optimization.

Exclude Locus from all means of optimization so that the app can run in the background.
